JDX Blinds and Curtains

Blinds & Curtains in Houston, TX — Katy Asian Town Showroom

We call this our Houston location, and the showroom itself is in Katy — inside H Mart Katy at Katy Asian Town, building B, unit B-18. Katy Asian Town sits on Colonial Parkway just off the Grand Parkway, and the H Mart lot has free parking.

Serving Houston from Katy means most of our work is west of Beltway 8: new construction in Cinco Ranch and Fulshear where builder blinds need replacing, older Energy Corridor and Memorial homes where solar sun screens and roller shades cut the afternoon heat, and Bellaire and Spring Branch remodels that call for plantation shutters. The booth carries roller shades, zebra shades sold elsewhere as combi shades, honeycomb or cellular shades, wood and faux wood blinds, blackout shades, shutters, curtains and roman shades, and quotes the outdoor line of motorized patio screens, pleated screens, sunrooms and louvered pergolas.

From Katy we measure and install in Houston, west Houston, the Energy Corridor, Memorial, Spring Branch, Bellaire, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Brookshire, Cypress, Jersey Village, Tomball, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Richmond and Rosenberg.

Consultation, measurement and installation are free, and every product carries the JDX Lifetime Service warranty. Korean-speaking support is available at (214) 649-9992.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 11:00AM to 6:00PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00AM to 7:00PM, closed Sunday.

Frequently asked questions

You are listed as Houston but the address is Katy — where are you?

Our showroom is inside H Mart Katy at Katy Asian Town, 23119 Colonial Pkwy, building B, unit B-18, Katy, TX 77449, just off the Grand Parkway with free parking. We call it Houston because we measure and install across the Houston metro, not only in Katy.

Do you install inside Loop 610 — Memorial, Bellaire, Spring Branch?

Yes. Memorial, Bellaire, Spring Branch, the Energy Corridor and west Houston are all covered from Katy, along with Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Brookshire, Cypress, Jersey Village, Tomball, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Richmond and Rosenberg. There is no travel charge.

What is the difference between room darkening and total blackout shades?

Room darkening fabric cuts most of the light and takes the glare off a screen, but a rim of daylight still reaches the edges of the window. Total blackout blocks the light through the fabric itself, which is what you want for a nursery, a west-facing bedroom or anyone sleeping during the day. We make both in roller, zebra and cellular fabrics, so you can keep the look you want and change only how much light gets through.
