We installed white plantation shutters from the kitchen to the primary suite in this home.
The kitchen windows sit on each side of the range hood, next to open shelves and a herringbone backsplash. The shutters fit within the window trim and stay clear of the shelves and the counter.
The primary bath has one window above a freestanding tub. With the louvers tilted up, daylight reaches the tub and the view from outside is mostly blocked. Opening the panels brings back the full view.
Beside the dining table, three tall windows stand in a row. In the primary bedroom, three wide windows each have a pair of panels that swing open on hinges. A smaller bedroom has one window with the same shutters.
