Detailed Job duties:
- answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
- Sign up new customers on internal systems to create consultation appointment.
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedule for installation, consultation, and repair requests.
- Explain and present products to customers to provide guidance in finalizing order.
- Communicate with Order Team to check up on order status to update customers.
- Organize order sheets that are delivered to main HQ and manage folders by job number groups.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to support product updates, quotes, and changes to main show room.
- Receive payments through phone and report to Accounting team.
Minimum requirement: two year college education and 12 months of experience working for a company doing administrative duties.
